LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

 

I, the Customer, certify that I have read, understand, and agree with the Limitation of Liability written below.                          

 

Limitation of Liability: It is agreed by the Customer and Teton River Shuttle Service upon receipt of payment that any and all damage resulting in the vehicle being shuttled will be paid for by the owner of the vehicle being shuttled or by the motor vehicle insurance policy of the owner. If the vehicle is damaged during the shuttle, and Teton River Shuttle driver is at fault, then Teton River Shuttle will reimburse the Customer or the vehicle owner up to $250.00 in payment of or towards the insurance deductible. Teton River Shuttle Service accepts no other liability for damages resulting from the shuttle.
